- Maximum accommodation capacity: 15 persons
- 1. Please close taps properly after using water to avoid water issues
- 2. Guests are requested to take care of their personal belongings. Management will not be responsible for any loss
- 4. Please maintain cleanliness in the pool area. Do not throw unwanted items into the pool (penalty applicable)
- 5. Do not enter the house with wet clothes
- 6. Children must be supervised at all times, especially near the pool area
- 7. Loud noise is strictly prohibited outdoors after 10:00 PM
- 8. Proper swimming costumes are mandatory for pool use
- 10. Hookah is allowed only in the outdoor area and strictly prohibited inside the house
- 12. In case of vomiting inside the house, cleaning will not be done by management. If required, cleaning charges of ₹1000 will apply

- Check-out: 11:00 AM
- ₹10,000 security deposit (refundable, subject to no damages or late checkout)
- Security deposit must be paid strictly at the time of check-in
- 50% advance payment is required for booking
- Advance payment is non-refundable in case of cancellation
- Balance payment must be cleared at check-in
- Valid original photo ID of all guests (with mobile numbers) is mandatory at check-in
- HOUSE RULES
- 3. Any damage or loss caused by guests will be deducted from the security deposit
- 9. Please follow local rules and avoid disturbing neighbors
- 11. Power backup is available for up to 3 hours (without air conditioning). No refund will be provided for power-related issues
- 13. Any damage or staining (including vomiting) on bedsheets and towels will be deducted from the security deposit
