- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
- Guests are requested to refrain from moving any furniture.
- Kindly remove your footwear outside the villa to ensure cleanliness.
- Bachelor groups & stag parties are allowed.
- During festivities the use of colours and bursting of crackers is not permitted.
- The trampoline is only accessible to children under the age of 15. Adult supervision is advised.
- Kitchen cleaning charges 500 per night.
- Pool timings- 1.00pm till 11.00pm.
- POLICIES
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.

House Rules & Booking Policy
- Smoking is allowed in the villa's exterior areas and the balconies.
- Children below the age of 12 are not allowed in the game zone as a precaution.
- Children below 18 years are not allowed / only allowed with Parents.
- Please note that a DCRW and a refundable deposit of ₹5000 per room will be collected before check-in.
- 50% Advance at the time of Booking.
- Remaining 50% At least 24Hrs before Check-in.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
